I just wrapped up my work at Reiman Publishing (Reader's Digest Milwaukee) and am back at my regular office starting tomorrow. In the meantime since my last post, I shot a wedding, but otherwise haven't been too active photographically-speaking.
I did, however, manage to corrupt my Windows install, so after two weeks of being down I finally had found my XP disc, installed Vista, and set up Fedora (Linux) on a separate hard drive. I'm more or less back up and running at this point.
Thanks to all for the support and favorites; sorry it took until today to get caught up on them! Now for 500 deviations awaiting my perusal...

Hey everyone,
I just got back from Washington D.C., where I was flown out to photograph the National Geographic 2007 Animal Borne Imaging Symposium! It was a blast and I will be posting photos when time allows (I shot roughly 15GB of 10MP RAW + S JPEG photos).
The Animal Borne Imaging Symposium is a gathering of some of the world's top minds in biology getting together to discuss the benefits and impact of placing cameras on animals to get a first-hand view of their lives.

Downtown Milwaukee and Upcoming Prints

I hope others enjoy my latest series of Downtown Milwaukee as much as I do! They were shot with my brand new Canon 40D using a Tamron 17-35mm lens. So far I'm in love with this camera, being quite a step up for me from my 350D.
I'll have prints up sometime tomorrow. Maybe I'll finally make a sale?

I Forgot to Title This

I've been all kinds of stressed out lately. Work. Relationship. Life. Haven't been putting much into my photography hugely because of those reasons. I did get some new gear (Wireless transmitter, monopod, battery grip, strobe) and I'm really eager to use all of it. Also on Sunday I'm shooting a wedding ceremony (the dinner and dance after) so I'll be able to use my new gear.
